Colombia is located in South America. South America belongs to American continent. Near to Colombia are Panamá, Venezuela, Ecuador, Brasil and Perú. It has 32 departments. Colombia is characterized by its coffee, flowers, animals and emeralds. Some people think that Colombia is a bad place to visit because of its violence, but the true is that Colombia is a good place to visit because it culture, biodiversity, history and malls.

About Bogota


About National Museum
The National Museum was founded by the law of the
first republican congress in July 28, 1823 but it was not a museum it was a
jail, also is the oldest museum of Colombia. It opened the doors on July 4th
1824. The first place was in Casa Botanica. In 1874 the most important jail
(Panoptico) of the country converts on the National Museum.
Our experience in the National Museum
It was a very good experience because we learn more
about Colombian history beauty and all the stories, myths, legends and culture.
You can surprise with the meteorite, how was the life of the prisoners in that
time, the stories of the independence of Colombia and the structure.
